How to reach the publisher
Email info@synthworks.online. There is deliberately no contact form on this site: a form collects information before it is needed, and an email lets you decide what to include and what to leave out. Nothing you send is added to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add it to.

What this address is for
- Corrections
- A factual error on a page. Naming the page and quoting the sentence makes it far quicker to check and fix. Substantiated errors are corrected on the page itself.
- Privacy enquiries
- Questions about what the site does with personal information, or a request for access to or correction of anything held. The privacy policy sets out the process and the escalation route.
- Trademark and rights matters
- Concerns about how a product name or brand is referred to on this site. Product names are used descriptively; see the trademark notice in the footer of every page.
- Editorial questions
- Questions about the method, the commercial arrangement, or why something is or is not covered. The answers are on the method page and in the affiliate disclosure, but a direct question is welcome.
What this address cannot help with
Synthworks Online is an independent publisher, not a vendor, reseller or support channel. It cannot access, cancel, refund or troubleshoot anybody's subscription, because it has no relationship with your account and no visibility of it. Those requests have to go to the vendor you bought from, or to the app store if the purchase was made through one.
It also cannot provide personalised security advice or examine a device. If something has happened, the free public services are the right destination: the Australian Cyber Security Centre for a compromised device or account, Scamwatch for scam reports, and the eSafety Commissioner for online abuse. The reporting page explains which to approach first.
What happens to your email
It is received in an ordinary mailbox, read, and answered where an answer is needed. It is not added to any marketing list, not shared with vendors, and not used for anything other than replying to you. Retention and the rest of the detail are in the privacy policy. If you would rather not send personal details, don't — a message describing the issue without them is usually enough.
Replies come from a person rather than an automated system, so they take as long as they take. There is no ticket number and no queue position, because there is no ticketing system.
