2. What the site is for
This site is informational. It describes a category of consumer software and one product within it, and it links to public resources in Australia. It sells nothing, hosts no software, provides no downloads and offers no service beyond publishing the pages you are reading.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing here is professional security advice, legal advice, financial advice or advice about your particular circumstances. The pages are written for a general audience and cannot account for your situation, your devices or your risk. No page on this site makes or implies any assessment of the device you are using — this site can see nothing about it. Where a decision matters, take advice from someone able to look at the specifics.
4. Product information changes
Product details, pricing, plan contents and vendor terms change without notice and without this site being told. Information here reflects what was understood at the review date shown in the footer. Before purchasing anything, confirm the current position on the vendor's own website, including price, what is included on your platform, renewal terms and the cancellation process.
5. Third-party links
This site links to other websites, including vendors and Australian government bodies. Those sites are operated by other organisations. Their content, availability, accuracy, terms and privacy practices are outside the publisher's control and are not endorsed by their inclusion here. Government resources are linked because they are the authoritative source on their own subjects; a link is not a claim to speak for them.
6. Paid links
Some links to vendors are affiliate links, and the publisher is paid a commission by the vendor when a reader subscribes after following one. This is disclosed on the page carrying the link, beside the link itself, and in full on the affiliate disclosure page. Following such a link costs you nothing additional. You may read, print and quote from these pages for personal or editorial use with attribution to Synthworks Online. Republishing pages in bulk, or reproducing substantial parts of the site commercially, requires written permission.
9. Availability
The site is provided as it stands. No promise is made that it will be available without interruption, free of error, or maintained on any schedule. Pages may be revised, replaced or withdrawn at any time.
10. Liability, and Australian consumer rights
To the extent the law permits, Celinopex s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site, from any third-party site reached through a link here, or from any product or service obtained from a vendor.
That limitation is subject to an important qualification. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law confers and that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where such a guarantee applies and the law permits liability to be limited rather than excluded, liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law stand regardless of anything written on this page; the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission publishes the current position on what those rights cover.
11. Privacy
This site collects nothing, sets no cookies and runs no third-party scripts. The privacy policy and cookie policy describe what happens in detail, including the server logs kept by the hosting provider and the cross-border disclosure that follows from the publisher being established outside Australia.
12. Corrections
Factual errors that can be substantiated are corrected. Report one to info@synthworks.online, quoting the page and the sentence.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, nor of the right to bring proceedings where the law otherwise allows you to.
14. Changes to these terms
Revised terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a revision means accepting the version then published.
